2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed as quickly as possible and are subject to our acceptance.

  • Payment is required at checkout. Payment methods are shown.

  • Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable.

  • Sometimes we may need to cancel an order (for example, if we suspect fraud), but we'll let you know right away.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship via our selected couriers.

  • Shipping costs are included or will be shown, as well as delivery times at checkout.

  • For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

  • Once your order is with the carrier, it's in their hands, but we'll do our best to track it for you.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Did your mind change? No problem — you can return products within one week as long as they're unused and in original condition.

  • Customized items, altered putters, or sale items may not be returnable.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we inspect the returned product.

  • Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

5. Warranty

  • Our putters come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Apparel is quality checked prior to delivery, and therefore no warranty applies if product has been used after purchase.

  • The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage during shipping.

6. Your Safety & Liability

  • Please use our products safely and as intended.

  • We're not responsible for indirect or incidental damages from using our products.

  • If something goes wrong with a product, our liability is limited to the purchase price.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Everything on our site — logos, images, text — belongs to Blackwing Golf.

  • Please don't copy or use our content without permission.
